Marconi Square. People are lined up to view fireworks at the end of St. Rocco's procession in early afternoon, Aug 16, 1960. The Saint is present among the crowd, in the center.

St. Rocco's altar special setting for the Patron Saint celebrations, 1950. Every year for three days, August 15, 16, and 17, the town dresses up and celebrates S. Rocco, the Patron Saint of the town.

St. Rocco celebration, 1880. The roots of this celebration probably go back to the eighteenth century when the town, afflicted by plagues, turned to rever St. Rocco who was known for his life work in assisting and comforting pestilence afflicted communities.
